About Inspector Canal

Here it finally is! I've been dying to have a place where I could let my hair down (if only it were that long!) and talk to my fellow sleuths more directly, instead of through the mouthpiece of that stodgy author of mine who never lets me address my fans directly. He always wants my adventures to come out looking like neatly wrapped packages, following all the conventions of the mystery and crime fiction genres, whereas I keep trying to undermine the linear storylines so I can tell my tales in my own way — in other words, however they come to me!
