Back in New York I’m back in the Big Apple now, where the phone never stops ringing (no doubt the Boys in Blue speed dialing me). Luckily Ferguson is not on vacation, so I can still tickle the ivories and scribble on my whiteboard in peace, while he ever so competently screens my calls. Everybody

I don’t mean to whine, but there hasn’t been a really good year for French wine in a while now, and it’s getting harder for me to keep my cellar shelves full. When I go to my favorite vineyards to taste their recent bottles, it leaves me pining away for the good old 2009s, 2005s,

I’m taking a little well-deserved vacation right now—you guessed it, on the coast in France—but will be taking calls again soon and will keep you posted when I decide to accept any new cases.
